One-On-One Mindfulness Meditation

As a 20-year veteran of meditation and energy work, my certifications include Mindfulness Meditation and Master Level Reiki. I have completed over a year of a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification program taught by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, and will obtain certification in February 2021. 

I use a practical, secular/non-religious approach with an emphasis on compassion and humor. Individuals can choose from a number of packages. All Individual Sessions are provided online over video or by phone. If you are unsure about meditation or ready to create a practice and need a bit of structure, there is a plan for you! Scheduling and Cancellation Policy: Once you have booked your individual session(s), I will follow up with you to schedule a time that best meets your needs. Rescheduling and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. The full payment will still be charged for no shows and cancellations in less than 24 hours.
