Booking a session during Coronavirus:
During this time, individual sessions are being offered by Zoom video or phone only. Once a session is paid for below, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours to schedule a time and determine what arrangement works best for you. Both 30 and 60-minute sessions are available.
As a 20-year veteran of meditation and energy work, my certifications include Mindfulness Meditation and Master Level Reiki. I have completed over a year of a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification program taught by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, and will obtain certification in February 2021.
I use a practical, secular/non-religious approach with an emphasis on compassion and humor. Individuals can choose from a number of packages. All Individual Sessions are provided online over video or by phone. If you are unsure about meditation or ready to create a practice and need a bit of structure, there is a plan for you! Short on time? Book the 30-min session(s). Need more guidance and a deeper practice? Select the 60-min session(s).
Scheduling and Cancellation Policy: During Covid 19, all sessions will be held remotely by phone or my Zoom video conferencing account. Once you have booked your individual session(s), I will follow up with you to schedule a time that best meets your needs. Rescheduling and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. The full payment will still be charged for no shows and cancellations in less than 24 hours.
