The Mindful Leadership Certification Program consists of a two-course series:
Both courses are taught by Heather Gwaltney, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Organizational Subject Matter Expert, Author, and Consultant. Students who complete each class will receive a certificate for each class through George Mason University. Students can also receive one (1) CEU per class.
Mindful Leadership 1.0 - This is a live, 5-week webinar series from August 31 through September 30, 2021 (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:00-1:00PM Eastern Time). The course is designed for those in leadership positions at all levels, across industries, and can be attended by professionals internationally. In this course, students will learn how Mindfulness Meditation works, and how when used in a leadership role, can create healthier, more effective organizations. Specifically, they will leave the course understanding how to use Mindfulness to reduce stress and interpersonal conflict, as well as, cultivate mental clarity, effective communication, resiliency, and creativity. The course will also include common leadership success factors, different leadership styles, and when to use each. Early bird cost is $549 by Aug. 10th.

Heather will connect the concepts and practices of Mindfulness Meditation, TBL/GRI, change management, and communications.
