MEDITATION IS A PRACTICE 

I emphasize practice because meditation or an "enlightened state" is not an end result achieved by doing it in a perfect way. To truly benefit from meditation, we need to practice it daily or at very least weekly. It also means that each time, we need to start where we are – whether first time meditators, newbies or veterans of the practice.  

LET'S GET STARTED 

As a 20-year veteran of meditation and energy work, my certifications include Mindfulness Meditation, and Master Level Reiki. I have completed over a year of a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification program taught by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, and will obtain certification in February 2021.
