MEDITATION IS A PRACTICE 

I emphasize practice because meditation or an "enlightened state" is not an end result achieved by doing it in a perfect way. To truly benefit from meditation, we need to practice it daily or at very least weekly. It also means that each time, we need to start where we are – whether first time meditators, newbies or veterans of the practice.

During this time, all group sessions are being delivered over Zoom video. Both 30 and 60-minute sessions are available. 


I use a practical, secular/non-religious approach with an emphasis on compassion and humor.
