MEDITATION IS A PRACTICE 

Additionally, I emphasize practice because meditation or an "enlightened state" is not an end result achieved by doing it in a perfect way. To truly benefit from meditation, we need to practice it daily or at very least weekly. It also means that each time, we need to start where we are – whether first time meditators, newbies or veterans of the practice.

I offer a variety of Group Sessions for organizations of all kinds. Group Sessions are offered either remotely over video conferencing or in person, if the organization is located in the Washington, DC Area. My 20+ years of experience in the private, non-profit and education sectors uniquely positions me to customize sessions to benefit the organization. Companies can choose from basic group packages or have a program designed to meet specific pain points and higher level objectives. One-On-One COACHING

Curious about meditation, but not quite sure where to start? Would you like to use meditation to reduce stress, help with daily challenges or create more balance in your life? I can help. Individuals can also choose from a number of packages. All Individual Coaching Sessions are provided online over video or by phone. If you are unsure about meditation or ready to create a practice and need a bit of structure, there is a plan for you! Short on time? Book the 30-min session(s). Need more guidance and a deeper practice? Select the 50-min session(s). 

Book Your ONE-ON-ONE Sessions

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy: Once you have booked your individual session(s), I will follow up with you to schedule a time that best meets your needs. Rescheduling and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. The full payment will still be charged for no shows and cancellations in less than 24 hours.
